This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data provided by users in connection with the use of websites available under the tickeventum.com domain or other domains managed by FINCERTO sp. z o.o., to which this Privacy Policy applies.


Data Controller

The administrator of personal data contained in the service is FINCERTO sp. z o.o., with its registered office at Bernardyńska 1, 41-902 Bytom, Poland, entered into the Court Register under KRS number 0000159398, NIP 6411921650, REGON 273358980, share capital of PLN 60,000.00, hereinafter referred to as the "Company".


Data security

The Controller makes every effort to ensure that all physical, technical and organizational measures are in place to protect personal data against accidental or intentional destruction, accidental loss, alteration, unauthorized disclosure, use or access, in accordance with all applicable laws.

Data protection is carried out in accordance with the requirements of publicly available legal regulations and is stored on secure servers.

To ensure the security of the data entrusted to us, we have developed internal procedures and recommendations to prevent the disclosure of personal data to unauthorized persons. We monitor their implementation and continuously verify their compliance with relevant legal acts, including data protection laws, the Electronic Services Act, as well as EU executive and legal acts.

We have implemented data encryption and access control mechanisms to minimize the effects of potential data breaches.

We respect the right to privacy and ensure the security of data. For this purpose, a secure communication encryption protocol (SSL) is used, among other things.

The personal data provided in the forms are treated as confidential and are not visible to unauthorized persons.

The Company is also the administrator of personal data of newsletter subscribers and Web Push notifications.


Legal basis for processing

Personal data are processed on the basis of the consent expressed by the User and in cases where legal regulations authorize the Controller to process personal data:

    • in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data,
    • in accordance with the applicable Privacy Policy,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to establish, shape the content of the Agreement, change or terminate it and properly provide services electronically,
    • to the extent and for the purpose necessary to pursue legitimate interests (legitimate purposes), and the processing does not infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subject,
    • to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the consent given by the User, if the User has subscribed to the newsletter,
    • to the extent and for the purpose consistent with the User's consent, if the User has subscribed to Web Push notifications.

Data collection methods

The controller performs functions of acquiring information about users and their behavior in the following ways:

    • through voluntarily entered information in forms,
    • when placing an order in the Service,
    • by collecting cookies [see Cookie Policy tickeventum.com],
    • by collecting information related to the browsing of the Service by users, such as:
      • number and source of visits,
      • Time of visit,
      • Content you're watching
      • number and type of open subpages,
      • Commands used,
      • gender, age, interests, place,
      • identification data of the mobile device,
      • Internet service provider and subscriber,
      • The IP address of the computer.

The Controller does not link such information to the User's personal data and does not use it to identify the User, unless it is necessary for the proper provision of the service.


Use of data

The Controller uses the information listed above only for purposes related to:

    • market and internet traffic research within the Service,
    • Statistical purposes, in particular to assess interest in the content published on the Service,
    • improving the content of the service and the quality of the services provided,
    • conducting marketing campaigns.

Google reCAPTCHA

Due to the need to prevent web bots from performing certain functions on the Service, we use Google's reCAPTCHA mechanism to occasionally check whether the behavior of users of our Service bears the characteristics of bot behavior.

In this case, we may disclose your IP address to Google LLC.


Cookies

The controller uses cookies or similar technologies.

These files allow the Controller, in particular, to better tailor the Service website to the individual interests and preferences of the User.

In most web browsers, it is possible to delete cookies from your computer's hard drive, block all incoming files, or set a warning before such a file is written.

Restricting or blocking cookies may cause difficulties or prevent you from using the service.


Data provided by the user

The Controller collects information voluntarily provided by the User, but necessary to process orders placed on the Service.

The data contained in the forms are processed in order to perform the functions of a specific form, e.g. to handle a request for information contact.

To the extent justified by the Service, the Controller may ask the User to provide the following personal data, in particular:

    • name and surname,
    • address,
    • Phone number
    • Email address.

The Terms of Service may specify other personal information required to use the Service.


Data sharing

Personal information left on the Service will not be sold or shared with anyone other than those authorized by applicable law.

The Company has the right to disclose the User's personal data and other data to authorized entities:

    • on the basis of applicable legal regulations (e.g. law enforcement authorities or event organisers),
    • if you have consented,
    • if it is necessary for the provision of services.

Access to personal data collected from users is granted only to authorized employees of the Controller and entities acting on its behalf. They are obliged to maintain confidentiality and prevent access by unauthorized persons.


User rights

Each data subject (if the Company is a controller) has the right at any time to:

    • Access to data,
    • Improve data,
    • Delete data
    • Limit processing,
    • object,
    • File a complaint with the supervisory authority.

If your personal information changes, you should update it in your profile on the Service.

The deletion of personal data may take place as a result of the withdrawal of consent or a legally permissible objection to data processing.

Data retention

The Controller reserves the right to process the User's data after the termination of the Agreement or withdrawal of consent only to the extent necessary to:

    • ensuring compliance with data retention obligations.

Policy Changes

The Company reserves the right to change the privacy policy of the Website, which may be affected by:

    • development of Internet technology,
    • changes in data protection law,
    • development of the Service.

All changes will be communicated in a visible and understandable way.
